About Capitaine Canard
Capitaine Canard's mission is to provide products prepared in a traditional and artisanal way, which is now almost not found: local, natural, non-industrial, without additives, and above all, give time to what takes time.

Captain Canard prepares his delicacies in the Eastern Townships, near Brome Lake, where the fresh hill air and wild fields produce his herbs and vegetables. For meat, the captain turns to his neighboring farmers, who raise their animals ethically, and naturally or organically.
​
In this idyllic landscape, time does its work in the cold rooms, the smoking rooms, the barrels, and the cellar.
